I just found 9 round trip tickets for SEA to KTN for 30k. You'd have to fly up the 20'th instead on 21'st. How much is 10k miles worth to you?

Is there is a new feature at the Grizz Den this year like paintball bear hunting and fast charter boats?

Canned tuna trips are not all they are cracked up to be.
With the money you save, you can come to Alaska and catch premium Oncorhynchus gorbuscha! We'll even chase down some Sebastes caurinus as well. For the same money as the Tuna trip, we'll even toss in a boat for free. It may be a beat up old Lund that leaks like a siv and has an old smokey outboard older than you, but it floats, it runs and it fishes... what else does a boat need to do?

NO NO NO.. I am NOT coming up there to catch Onchorhyncus Gorbushca! Even my cat will not eat them!!!! I don't even wat to touch them! Now I know Grizz has several in Dougies bathtub for his enjoyment but that's way to personal with me! As to the Caurinus, I think you can eat those yourself. try mixing them in a salad with Hydrolagus Colliei!!! As to the $$$$, this had betetr be cheaper than a Tuna trip...... If I have to pay that kinda cash to stay at Grizzs I'll expect first class service with mixed drinks nightly on the dock and breakfast every morning,, lol!!! C ya there!

The Grizz Den features the best Steak Chef on the Island.
In the summer the grill has always got the very best in fresh white king cooking on it. Fresh as in it was alive only seconds before it was filleted. You can't beat that for "shore to the grill" fresh grilled catch of the day!

Even Grizz's humpies are of great value up here. Where else can you toss about 6 humpies in a 5 gal bucket and trade it for good chinese food?

      #326175 - 03/22/08 12:58 PM Attachment (0 downloads)

Is edible but bland and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste as that of Squalus acanthias. Personally I'd like to try a Scyliorhinus canicula in soup. What I really want is to get a hold of a case of Dogfish Head Blood Orange Heffeweizen.
Dogfish Head Alehouse Microbrewery Delaware. I like the name just because I catch more Dogfish than I do Halibut...not my choice.

Dogfish, yummy.

They just put a restaurant 4 miles from my office, worth the drive.

I like most of their brews, my favorite being the 90 minute. I like the raison' second.
