Wouldn't that be classified as a SBR? Up in Qanuckistan, the gubmint would call it an EVILE assault weapon, and of course even thinking about it would be banned.

No buttstock so no SBR. Don't get caught using the bipod as a forward grip as it would then be an AOW.
Funky little toy. Add a 25 round mag and you could have some fun.

Uncle works for ATK and had one home last weekend it is fun as heck. One of the gun shops around here has them for 300 bones I may have to look into one. It would be a good grouse gun. LIL

Figured thats where you were shooting it. Dad said its a fun gun, its definitely not a gun to pack around all day more of a set up and wait type of thing.
