Headed down south with the wife for some vacation time. Boys are in Mesa with the in-laws while we are in Vegas. Saw an add for "The Gun Store", and I took a cab to see what was up. $150 later and I had sent 300 rounds down range through a Colt 9mm SBR. I know, spendy, but once in a while you gotta have some fun.
It was $45 for the gun and 50 rounds, then the other rounds were on top of that. Good thing I had that $5 coupon! 
Saw a few concerts so far. My Chemical Romance was okay, they could have mixed down the drums a bit. Elton John, I know, was great and put on a great show as usual. The nekid ladies flashed up on the screen and 30 foot wide inflatable breastesses had the little ladies from Minnesota a bit upset.
Give The Gun Store a look if you head to Vegas. They had a good selection of firearms, a Madsen, MP40, MP5's, M16 in 9mm & 5.56, an M249 SAW, AK's, a Thompson, and a number of other firearms. Good guys down there as well.

John, if you want some real fun look into that 249 SAW, that will get your heart rate up a bit.

John,
I know of a decent gun range down that way, outside of Mesa. That's where we are headed to now. Pretty easy to find, but I didn't see any guns for rent there, although I'm sure somebody does that.

A friend of mine heads down to Oregon every year to some sort of full auto gun shoot. You don't have to rent the gun, just buy the ammo to shoot. some are pretty cheap, some are pretty spendy.

I hate having to buy ammo now, but every once in awhile a guy has to let off steam, right?
