Hoochie rigs

How do you rig and fish your hoochies? I've seen some rigged with a spinner blade on the line, and even some right on a spinner shaft with beads, blade etc. Can you cast/retrieve those for kings, ho's, etc/ Thanks for the info.

I fish my hoochies with a single bead in the head and some tube/straw to match the hook length. Double hook set up, fixed. No cast/retrieve, down riggers. You really need to run a flasher with hoochies so casting would be tough. In some fisheries you may be able to jig smaller hoochies. I have not flat lined spinner/hoochies before so I don't know about that.

If im trolling I use a flasher with a hootchie on a double hook setup with a bead in the head.
you can cast spinners with hootchis on them for coho's and humpies. I have never caught a king casting one.
If your trolling spinners for kings in tidewater or the lower sections of the river they will work on a spinner.
Shaun.

Double Gami hooks and two twinkle skirts. I have used those small spinner blades that are on a prawn rig and those have worked well. Herring or Anchovie fillet and light 'em up with a camera flash. You can get a used camera flash cheap at a camra store. I got two used flashes last year at a camera store for 20 bucks.
