Looking for 12lb mold, with fin would be cool. Got enough lead for 6 of them, would split for use or buy. PM me.

DD....I jsut collect it from here and there. Get a bunch from garage sales in the form of pyramids, bananas, etc. I've also got a couple 30lb DB anchors that are old and beat, figure they are worth more to me in cannonballs than anchors I don't use.

Thanks Nav, trying to make that work. Be in touch with you quickly.

FGB....1000lbs...? You lead 'ho !

Yes, Nav. Meant to send ya a PM letting you know. I planned on being done by now, but, I'm having a hell of a time finding stainless wire suitable for it.....? I figured I'd hit a welding shop for the wire, but, that didn't work. Nor Ace, home depot, or tacoma screw. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong direction? Any ideas? Anyone?

I got mine at the welding supply in PA....Any good welding supply should have it in sticks.
You need two different sizes, one for the top loop to the DR, and a smaller one for the fin.
When You're done, just get it to Marty by whatever hand-off method works!!!

They'll pour nicer when the mold is hot. I preheat all mine, jig or DR ball.

I should've bought some as the leather gloves I used didn't cut it, in the least!! Oh well, the project is done.

Got 9 nice balls out of it. I'd be happy to give you some Nav for mold use, let me know. I'll work on getting the mold back to Marty. I've got it cleaned and wrapped right now. That mold works very well!

Thanks a bunch Nav!
