The HS1021 is 10-20, i have this rod, but for my drift fishing i'm lookin to step it up a notch for big winters to an HS1023 which is more similar to the HS1021 Loomis! Both fine rods with superb sensitivity! U can feel the danm things fart on it with a HS1021, i just want more backbone! Both awsome plug rods as well! Then u got the HS1025 for ur big kingers! If ur lookin to try a Rainshadow thats equivalent to the Loomis HS1021, go with the Rainshadow HS1023, its closer to the loomis broomstick of a 1021!!!

The RDR blanks are downrigger blanks.I like the 8 ft 6 in ones as good as any.

How come I never see anyone listing the IST1142 for anything here? I prefer it to the 1141.

Good question I guess folks dont want to be called a harvester LOL. The IST1143 is my go too so the 1142 would be the natural increase from the 1141 to becoming a future Harvester! The 1142 is the premo happy medium! Cant wait to slam some Kings on the new IST1144 this fall:)

You may want to call Stans Fishing in Walla Walla 509-529-0876 but call now these are no longer available in OG color and he only grabed 4 of them. Now only Matte in the RX7 Tich in the RX8 and Clear gloss in the RX6....
