Newbie of sorts new
      #342643 - 08/08/08 05:30 PM

My son has taken up a liking for collecting "Pretty Rocks" and every time we pass a bin of polished stones, he's on me like a fat kid on cake to get him some.
So, me being the intelligent one say that he should get a rock polisher and polish his own.

So, here's my question. What would be a good starter unit for a young man that will not break his bank (or mine)?

Any thoughts, opinions or recommendations would be apreciated!

I have an opinion for you. PM me your snail mail addy and I'll send him a beginner unit I've hardly even used and likely never will again! I have too many hobbies as it is.

Just have to figure out where I put the danged thing...

Very generous of you Marsha. I'll shoot you a pm and if and when you find it, I'd be glad to pay the shipping

Marsha hooked my boy up

He's been pestering me for over a week, but I've been swamped working 16-18 hour days.

Looking forward to the first batch.

Thanks again Aunty!!!!!!!!
