Isn't baiting illegal in Washington? A friend told me this after we came across a bunch of baits. Sorry if I am wrong, I am just curious if it is allowed because there's a nice fat bear I want to lure out.

Marty, my friend said he was at Swains out here in PA and his buddy who worked there showed him a picture of that deer Andrew got. I showed him the picture and he said "I seen that deer!" haha.
