Went and hunted the opener this weekend. Didnt start till 10 saturday since it wasnt my early day to hunt. I was really happy with my dog. about 15 min in she got up a hen and i droped it. About 5 min later she got on a runner and a nice rooster got up and missed him. Went to work around to were a saw him land and she got up another hen that I winged and after a little chase she got it. Went out early sunday, a lot more people but ended up getting 2 roosters in about a hour and a half. Over a a very good weekend and Im very happy with her performace. She started right where she left off last year.
