2008 Mustang GT new
      #346741 - 09/15/08 05:27 AM

It will be mine as soon as the paperwork is done. This is 4 months old with 2900 miles and has the premium package with beefed up suspension, heated seats etc. 80 months remaining on the extended warranty. Paid $19,800.

I'll be job hunting in a few weeks so I can buy all the Roush do-dads to supercharge it.

I realized when we test drove it, this car is a waste on me. I won't do it justice even before it's supercharged.

This was the cheaper choice though, because the other car I wanted was the Lincoln MKZ.

Nice wheels Marsha. Rod_Bully will be jealous. She wants me to get her a 'Stang for her 16th B-Day. Not a chance...

Mojo, the wimpy V6 Mustang that I rented would make a good kids car if you got a deal on a used one. However, there is no similarity between that one and this one except body style. The handling difference is incredible.

When Caveman got on it, I was like, Holy mackeral #*@$#! and slow down! And of course, he was like, heh heh heh, just wait till I supercharge it and it has 425 horse.

He had a scary gleam in his eyes.

All morning I keep think... uhoh, what have I done?

What a fine Shrimpmobile ya got there M!

I remember when I bought a brand new 1965 Mustang 2+2 Poppy red Fastback when they first came out for $3200.00 right off the showroom floor. What a nice car but with the 3rd kid in the well I had to trade it on a 1968 Ford station wagon.

Can you drive my new baby??? Yeah, I guess so, but if you scratch her... I get your first born as payment!

Here's a picture taken yesterday.

After the supercharger and other mods get added... I was thinking of having ghost lettering that says "sleeper" painted on in the body side recess...

Does that sound dumb?

Kinda takes away from the whole sleeper concept of you have it on the side of your car. I like the idea of ghost flames over the sleeper.
If you want to take there, debadge it, and make it look like a stripped down V6 stang. Problem with that is, do have a kind of crappy looking car.
Get the supercharger, upgrade your air intake system, short throw shifter if it's a manual tranny, headers, exhaust, and for some extra wheel spinning fun, add NOS !!! Cheapest HP you can buy.

Back in my high school days, I used to rive to Renton to cruise and do a little street racing. Needless to say, there were many a wolf in sheeps clothing.
