Jerry, as I sent you in a PM, pick those most worthy at the Warrior Transition Battalion. You are designated net biatch/deckhand/untangler/de-snagger/beer biatch. Or you can be the tiller monkey.

I can do that. LOL. I'll let you know. Trying to get a getogether down at my Dad's place with the guys. But will definitely try and get some of the guys on a boat.

If you deckhand we have two seats at a time; that essentially means they are running two rods per.
And come and get your pipe

LOL Mike. I'm on vacation this week. So we'll hook up for sure. I'll be doing an all dayer at the WTU Thursday. We'll have to do lunch. We don't start until 1pm, but can get out early if you're up to it.

F4S, you know my boat will be offered up on this too so that gives you at least two more rods, maybe three, but I probably need a tiller monkey with me just in case.

I'm looking at heading to the Smith for Pres Day weekend.
I used to launch at the CG station on what used to be the Presidio Yacht Club to fish the big pond.
SF is a "different" place. Nice, but not a good place for a country boy with country boy morals if ya know what I mean.

CaughtSteelin
I ain't scurred by you old salts. In fact, I rather enjoy the company. I guess I am a glutton for punishment and stories.

fish4steel,
I know what you mean. But if my little brother, who is more die hard hunter than most I know can hang down there, then I am pretty sure that I can handle it. Plus, I have'nt bruised up my knuckles or dirtied up the
$h!tkickers in quite sometime. It might be fun.

Kinda hard to justify fishing with others when there is a perfectly good boat sitting in the garage, pining away for our presence and wondering what she did to deserve so much neglect.

Good job there SGM!

And for Pug, no other branch of service is ready, willing and able to do what you do. You know we luv ya!

It is so nice to see that there are many people out there that respect ALL of our service men and women. There are too many people that just dont know or just dont care what our service people do and sacrifice for us to have the freedoms that we have. I thank all of you for your service and thank the people in this forum for giving thanks and honoring our heros.
