Mark is cheating. He has the mouse in one hand, a boob in the other, and he reloads with his lil' smokie. Remember, he can type like 30wpm with it. Hmm...I'd imagine it's kinda like a midget playing one of those giant pianos from the movie "Big". Be careful not to slip in between the keys, you might get shocked! 
I tried Mark's technique and I accidentally Babe Ruth'd my laptop across the room when an "interesting" popup ad appeared.  So much for that idea....
