Yep. But unfortunately, none in this state! Now if we were talking Tennessee or Kentucky, I could probably come up with a dozen.

The snake river and its tributaries are exellent for channel cats with most ranging from 2 to 4 LB but have seen a few bigger ones. I am heading there for the weekend as I do every laborday. Squaw fish make exellent cut bait, but early in the year I kill them on a white crappie jig if the water isn't to dirty. Fish the tribs early in the season then move to the reseviors as the weather heats up. Hope this helps

Got back yesterday from the snake, fished a total of about 10 hours over the 3 days, mostly in the mornings, but did just as well in the evening that I did fish. Caught about 70 fish, give or take, 8 of them were over 5LBs the rest were 2 to 4LBs. I don't see how it could get much better than that, regardless of were you live.I just need to figure out how to catch the big boys.

Plug those all catfish? I saw some tarheels using catfish boxes on tv. They would dive underwater and get the fish to bite them and they would throw them into the boat. Funniest thing you ever saw. Big Ole HOG CATS too. They had 4 or 5 30lb+ fish.
