AN ACT Relating to the duty of a sheriff with regard to a dog running at large; and amending RCW 16.08.030.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
Sec. 1. RCW 16.08.030 and 1929 c 198 s 7 are each amended to read as follows: It shall be the duty of the sheriff or any deputy sheriff to kill any dog found running at large (after the first day of August of any year and before the first day of March in the following year) without a metal
identification tag.
Anyone every have a dog get loose and leave his color behind?

I SWEAR, it chaps my hide that these Aholes waste our time and money on really stupid stuff you know won't pass. Animal rights groups will likely put his name on a hit list of some sort. You might stand a better chance after they do some nasty things to him.
