I can see where this is going. The reason that congress banned kids ATV/Mororcycles is due to possible lead contamination. What are bullets and fishing lures made from? I can see these asshats attacking youth hunting and fishing next. I called my local Suzi dealer and the salesman confirmed that he had a whole warehouse full of youth ATV's but he could not sell me one, or parts for one. WTF

A big problem with this, parents will now buy adult ATV's and Motorcycles for their kids. Bad decision.

been shopping for a bike for my 9 yo...they can't even show you a drool sheet for the bikes they can't sell. No advertising, nada...

BUT...my kid could walk into a 7-11 and buy an armload of Monster drinks, some PB cookies, and a cup of coffee...all items more dangerous (and likely to kill you) than chewing on motorcycle parts.

How long before ATV's and PWC's aren't allowed within 200 feet of water bodies due to lead content in the parts?

The whole thing is just plain bad! I could go on for hours about it. You can't even buy parts for the bikes that you bought before the ban!!

The dealership owners are stuck with storing them all too. You just don't park em and then start them up a couple years later......

Evidently, if you go in to a dealer now to buy one and tell them that you are buying it for yourself, there is nothing illegal about it..
