Pez and I both got Bradley Smokers this weekend, as early B-Day presents. My Mother-in-Law rocks (Pez's Mom). I bet she's expecting some killer smoked fish. I'm als sure she won't be disappointed.
I'll be picking the brains of some of the Bradley geniuses soon...

Mine is still getting a work-out. I love it. More trout fillets going in tomorrow, and more salmon this weekend.

Got a butt and a brisket in the fridge with their rubs on. Set the alarm for 03:30. gonna get up, warm up the Bradley while the meat warms, gettem on by 04:30, should be having good eats tomorrow nite for the Mon Nite Football game!!!
