Fruit Pizza
      #378045 - 05/28/09 06:01 PM

So I found this recipe...which is actually called Lemon Blueberry Pizza. It was quick and easy to make and very yummy in my tummy! I didn't use blueberries so I am just calling it Fruit Pizza because I figured that it doesn't matter what fruit you use...it all tests great! Would make a great treat for a summer get-together!!

Prep: 10 min Bake: 15 min + cooling

1 package (18 ounces) refrigeratedn sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp sugar
1 carton (6 ounces) lemon yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries...or in my case whatever fruit you want on it!!!

Press cookie dough onto an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Back at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; stir in yogurt. Spread over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Place your fruit on top (however you desire). Cut into wedges and ENJOY! And refrigerate any leftovers.

Wow, that looks and sounds delicious. Gotta try that.

Wonder how that'd be with various canned pie fillings when fresh fruit isn't in season...or a combination of both. Guess you could always resort to frozen fruit too. Yummy.

Yeah...there is a gal at work that makes it and she puts just about every fruit available on it and it is SSSSOOOOOO good!!! I'm pretty sure you can't ruin it because if anyone could do it....it would probably be me!
