Great Steak
      #378256 - 05/31/09 08:21 AM

Try the Morton's of Omaha tri tip steak from costco it is awesome. I give it to friends as a house warming gift. Nothing like a good meal in a new house I think. You must grille it on a BBQ though I prefer charcoal than gas. 15 min on each side on Med heat and move it off to the side to slow cook for 1/2 hour (every BBQ is different). It is really fatty so it will flare up and burn. So keep the water or apple juice handy to spray it down. A 15.00 Steak should feed 4-6 people.
They are kept in there own cooler out on the floor in the meat section usually.
Enjoy
