Sorry to say, but unless we can force our legislatures to adequately fund LE, this kind of thing will be rare, even though the illegal activities aren't.

And a GROWING concern for a few of us is that environmental laws are being ignored by individuals AND local governments. We need to increase the LE presence and their scope of duties, making sure they won't be subjected to political pressure for doing their jobs too.
