Idaho deer, elk, and antalope draw results are out. Looks like I will be chasing Mulies in 11A this year.

I drew 11 for elk, a buddy of mine also got 11A mule deer and a super hunt elk tag. Should be a good year.

My aunt and cousin drew 2 moose tags, my other cousin and friend drew Unit 40 buck tags, his parents drew Unit 44 buck tags, and best of all my wife drew the muzzleloader cow tag here at home. I didn't draw squat except $18 from my bank account.

I couldn't put in for elk this year as I finally drew waha last year. Thought about putting in for mule deer as we saw some real nice ones last year, but I love mid-november rut hunting too much.
Idahewes, I'm sure you are all over it, but if I had it to do over again I would strongly consider hunting from the river. If you have horses it's good to be you. As for me, I don't and it's very crowded on top, so we spike camped it out away from them for the opener. Anyway, packing out elk would have been alot better if it was downhill.

Zero, nada, zilch for me. Good thing I live in Idaho - I'll still get to hunt elk and deer. Could be worse;)
