Yeah, I share in your tears my little flower child. What a waste....I'd much rather see their bloody roadkilled carcases scattered along the roadsides where they'll provide nutrition in the web of life for scavenging animals incapable of capturing and killing their own meal....you know what I'm saying? Wellfare animals looking for handouts. Hell, you didn't think that we were smart enough to come up with the wellfare concept on our own?
