These sealers are heavy,so shipping typically runs about $50 to 60, but you can save the shipping if you are willing to pick it up at our warehouse in Tualatin, Oregon.

The main difference between the two is the vacuum pump. The VP210C has a dry lubricated vacuum pump and can achieve a true 27 to 29 inches of vacuum and has a slightly slower cycle time than the VP215C.
The VP215C has an oil lubricated vacuum pump and can achieve a true 29.7" of vacuum.
Here's the best part about both of these sealers - You can seal liquids in a bag. No need to pre-freeze anything. Even soups, or juice (or wet eggs)seal perfectly with no liquid carry over because the whole chamber is placed in a vacuum during the sealing process, not just the bag.

Another benefit is that you no longer need those special texture foodsaver vacuum sealer bags . You can use regular clear food storage bags and pouches that are a lot less expensive.

For most sportsman, the VP210C is all you would ever need but if you have a semi-commercial operation that processes a lot of bags each day, you would want the VP215C.
