Looking for "Phish" jigs
      #387582 - 10/17/09 02:22 PM

Anyone know where I can find some? Are they still being made? I've checked from Port Townsend to Silverdale without any luck. Thanks

I don't know, but they look a awful lot like a buzz bomb.

very similar to a buzz bomb (line runs thru the body). The primary feature of the phish jig is that it is made of soft lead, and so it is easy to bend the lure to whatever shape you want (e.g., c-shape, s-shape, other shape) to give it action.

Yep that's the one. It appears that they may have gone out of business. It's a shame as the guys who still have a few have been doing well with them. The buzz bombs and zingers , not so much.
