My friend bought a BJB125 Spey Rod from the Bargain Barn at Cabela's. It says Bob Jones on the reel seat and we are assuming that is the brand. He has now broken the tip and needs replacement.
Maybe that is the name of the reel seat but suspect it is the rod brand. I cannot find any info.

You dont need to have the tip replaced by the people who made it...just replace it. Its a pretty simple operation.

I appreciate the advice but forgot to tell you he is an excellent rod builder. He really wants to build an identical rod for someone else. While he is at it, he could get the replacement tip - if it exists. Thanks
