It looks like the bead is on the top of the BD worm. I've looked on RVRfish site and don't see a pic of the rigging. Where's the best place for the hook if yer hanging it under a float? Is there a special ed class somewhere?

Sub, if I were fishing it under a float, I'd rig the worm itself exactly the same way, but replace the floating drift bobber at the head with a painted bullet weight.
That's for a six inch worm...if you're cool with a 2,3, or 4 incher, then just cram it on a 1/4oz. leadhead and fish it like a jig.
