Anyone have any good goat cheese recipes????

With 3 goats now, all female, and it's breeding time again, the wife and I have been making goat cheese...cream, mozarella and parmesan....any one have some good recipes to share? They can be a redundant ones that we're currently making..
btw, haven't tried the parmesan...takes 5months to age..we have two rounds aging as I type.
