Lamiglas new

This is just a note to let yall know that Lamiglas has very good customer service. I recently busted the ceramic out of the tip guide on my Kenai King. I emailed Lamiglas and the just sent me a selection of 4 different tips to choose from- no charge
I think that is excellent service!

Thats great!! I also had good service from them on my rod repair. To bad one of the guides rings popped out first use when I got the rod back. Guide rings popping out has been my biggest problem with Lamiglass rods.
They need to use a shock ring guide or I need to switch to 6# test. Neither seems likely.

Marty, can you get Lamiglas rod blanks, and if so how much for an 8 1/2' 8-12 line blank, spinning handle, and guides? I really like my G1306T casting rod, and have been thinking of a spinning setup for an extra rod.

Check out http://www.anglersworkshop.com They have a lot of Lamiglas blanks, but I didn't check if they had the one you want.

Greg I don't have a lami account. The closest I can get is the 1024 6-12 mod action rod. I can get the components for them too. I can also get a 1084 which is 6 inches longer rated 6-15lb medfast action.

Well, it seems I don't have to worry about that blank for now, Marty. My fishing partner read my post and got me a G1307 Lami and a Shimano spinning reel for my birthday! Don't I have a great fishin' partner? Thanks Don! To make it even better, we went down to the Cowlitz yesterday and I christened the new outfit with a teener summerrun buck! Man, did he go berserk! (The fish, that is )

Now that is a true friend! Don't forget him on his birthday or he will probably be pretty hurt. Congrads on your new rod!

I love those teener summerruns. I think they fight as hard if not harder than the nates. You got a great fishing buddy. Happy Birthday belated.
