G. Loomis blanks
      #40234 - 01/31/02 10:51 PM

I am looking to buy a bait casting blank, and I want a g. loomis blank, but I'm having trouble finding them in their catalogue. Am I missing something? Does any one have a contact for a shop or website that sells them? Much appreciated. Happy Fishing.

They consolidated their dealers to only the mega dealers on blanks. I think D&E might have them..not sure. What kind of blank are you looking for? There are some very high quality rods other than loomis available... Rainshadow and Pacific Bay both offer some nice rod blanks.

D&E is carrying Loomis Blanks. Loomis has cut way back on the blanks that they offer and also changed the colors of them. Like Marty said there are a lot of quality blanks out there for a lot less money D & E Rods G Loomis

Well, I'm new to the bait casters, and I've fished with a medium to fast action 9'6" G.Loomis. I've not heard of the other kind Marty mentioned, but will research those. Thanks for the responses.

If you would like to save a buck or two you will love these rods. I can fish any rod I want but choose between these two...BTW I have a account with both companies and put rod kits together if your serious about giving one a shot.

Rainshadow Rods (batson enterprises)
