Which one is best? I went with one I thought would be thick and it ended up being a paint with traction mixed in it.
I really don't like my liner...It was to thin to protect the bed so I put a rubber liner on top of the liner to protect stuff from getting scratched and the bed from getting dented.
Will probably have to stick with what I have...can't justify 300 clams to upgrade.

The spray in bedliners are really nice; like the arma coatings guy in carlsborg. Heck some guys I heard use arma coating on the bottom of their drift boat. That's the best, but you will pay for it. I think it would cost around $500 for my dad's truck to have it done. My old truck (Ford F-250) had a plastic bedliner in it. It was ok for protection, but it was really slick. So I put a rubber mat in the bottom to keep things from sliding around. Not sure how much that plastic bedliner was. If you haul a lot of firewood or something I would just put out the money to get the spray-in bedliner. Your truck is pretty nice and I wouldn't want to dent the bed all up. You should check into the plastic bedliners and see how much they are.

I don't do much firewood hauling in my truck..thats what the brothers new tacoma is for ..hehehe. The liner I have is a spray in one with a traction, but no thickness to it. I thought I was getting one of the thick type ones when I said go ahead and shoot it....should have looked at a sample first.

If you wanted thick, Rhino Linings is the thickest. Lots of dent protection.
I don't think it adheres to the surface as well as Linex. Had ours done by Rhino 9 years ago. (son got us an employee discount) Would have been perfect if a body shop hadn't cut into it when they had to replace the bed skins after a mishap.
I would still use Rhino as my first choice just because of the thickness. If that is the brand you got, and they didn't spray it as thick as you wanted, you were robbed. ![[Frown]](images/icons/frown.gif) Ours is a quarter of an inch thick.

Don't forget to check out the booths at the Sportsman Show, They will usually strike ya deal.
I got the Arma coating a couple of years ago and I think they gave me 100 bucks off. I really like it.

I had my GMC Linexed when I bought the truck, and consider it money well spent. I'd Linex everything I own if I could afford it!

I'm sure my lab would tell you that the spray liners are best... she slides around too much on my molded liner.
