Last weekend, I saw a flock of more than a hundred siskins. The "cloud" of them was thick! They flew around in some cottonwoods for a while and then left. Havent seen them since. No sign of them at the feeders either so far this year.

A "Siskin"? What the heck is that? Is there a season on them? I'm checking the regs, don't see 'em listed, I was excited there for a moment, sigh, back in the closet goes the shotgun.
