Fished it on 3/5/03 and caught one blue gill. Small lake but a nice boat launch and parking area off of Chain Lake Rd north of Monroe.

Yes I was told that there are large mouth bass, trout and blue gill in it. Oh ya and you cant use any motors on the lake.

I went there late this afternoon to practice fly-casting from a float-tube.
Great little lake, nicely protected from the wind, with lots of structures to work and learn. Inlets, outlets, logs, reeds, weeds, stumps, windfalls, deeper spots, etc. Dark brown stained water and smooth like glass when every other lake around was wind-swept.
As I floated around under the (almost full) moon, listened to all the various winged critters, and worked on identifying insects and hatches, I discovered a few things:
1) It's really hard to tie small flies/leaders when the sun goes over the treeline. There seems to be a point that the sky no longer provides decent contrast...
2) That slight tear high on my waders, that was never a problem standing in the river, is now a problem.
3) I need to practice my dry-land casting more
4) It's really hard to see those little nymph and chironomid patterns on long leaders when the light is low.
5) Navigating a float tube without fins  (don't ask) is just slightly more difficult than tying 7x leaders to flies in low light
6) My float tube is definitely my most comfortable chair. I wonder if I can get the 'Ergo' people at work to rig me up a pool and float-tube for my office.  
6) I think I could really enjoy fly-fishing once I get the hang of it 
7) The second you pack up your rod and look back on the lake, you will see fish rise.

Well Workin if you can get the folks at work to rig up a pool you can float around in while you are workin, you should take it one step further and plant some trout in it.

Another thing to learn about float tubing, whether in this lake or elsewhere: as soon as you get all suited up and float to your desired spot in the midddle of the lake, you need to take a wizz and there is no where to go...

It got a plant of 1500 8" to 10" trout(RB) on 3/17. Got the info from the list that I got at The Dept of F & W at the Mill Creek office. In of all places Mill Creek.
