Wow I just saw a mushroom that weighed in at 20 lbs!!! thats right 20 lbs!!! It was a NW giant puff ball.. I took some pictures of this thing... several other photos coming of the smaller ones (only the size of cauliflower heads)
Keep your eye out for basketball sized white mushrooms!!

I believe they are. With shrooms there are lots of variables to ediblity and I don't have the guide here so don't quote me.

Sounds tasty, I like shrooms, but since I can't tell a puffball from a chanterelle, I don't pick my own and probably never will. I know I'm missing out, but I'm leery about eating those wild shrooms, plus it would eat into my fishing time..
