With the baby, I no longer get to sneak out during weekends.

how do you shrimp? i fished for them in maine for a living when i was younger but that was towwing nets behind big boats.

Shrimping is with pots/traps at 200'-300' feet deep. Lines with buoys attached. Pull by hand if your inclined, but most of us use electric or gas pullers.
Bait is catfood/fish mixture.

I'd never shrimped before until last Wednesday when me and my son were guests on Marshas and Mikes boat. We had a great time

Thanks for the call!!! I was really looking forward to going until my daughter reminded me that I promised to take a van full of kids up to the Baseball Regionals in Bellevue. So, I assume that the seat is once again open. So, very sorry Marsha and Mike...someday!

So I get this email after I posted the open seat. Well, I responded back without knowing who this person is. Silly me! We arranged to pick him up at the ramp, and low and behold!!!!! It's Quillback!
So very glad he went with us. Mike, Dwight and I enjoyed having him out there. Now he knows how to shrimp!
Oh yeah... Bux and Doc, we had to throw your limits back. We had 4 limits already and were and back at the ramp by noon. Oh well....

Had another day of limits for the boat. Timber had driving duties. He never ran past a buoy once. RR must be teaching him SOMETHING! Also got a couple of nice Copper Rockfish.
