I just got back from a 2 hour scouting hike. Wow I can't wait to go hunting! on my venture I saw 5 bucks and alot of does and fawns. The bucks were 2 Spikes, 1 Two point, 1 Two by Three, and 1 Three point. All of them were an easy kill with bow. Deer this time of year are all so stupid that I can't stand it  I probably could have hit the 2x3 with a stick. He just stood right along side the trail with his head sticking out. During season I never get that fortunate.
Anybody else been out?

me and my bud kevin went out to auntym's place for a visit and to scout her property and the surronding timber around her place. never saw any animals but did see lots of fresh sign and good traveling trails,so we'll be out there sunday afternoon with camper till wensday or sooner if we get lucky..

I went out to a spot of mine the other day. Day one found over 50 head of elk and some nice rag horns. Day two found one heard with 11 cows, 1 spike, 1 4x4, and another massive 6x6 bull. Getting up on that bull got my heart a pumping.
