Elsewhere a weak pressure pattern over the coastal waters continues. Over northern and central waters moderate southerlies ahead of the front will shift to moderate westerlies as the front passes. In the south light to moderate variable winds will continue except for moderate to strong westerlies through Juan de Fuca strait this afternoon and evening.
