Anyone here ever build their own? Hootchies in various known killer patterns, glow bead in the head, twinkle skirt behind that inside the hootchie...all threaded on barbless mooching leaders. By buying in bulk each of the components you can save a lot of money over time. Personally I've considered threading a piece of foam inside and behind the twinkie skirt for holding scents. Course you can pay extra to have someone else do this for you. "Seen worse".....
