I havent been out much, lousy weather. Areas 8-1, 8-2 and 9 open on 11/1. Area 10 opened 10/16. When I was out on Possession last week there were more reports of Blackmouth released than there were silvers kept! Heres the WDFW fish checker reports for the sound, they come out every Tuesday.
