reeder bar rod ???s
      06/19/08 11:54 AM

looking into a 11.5 old reeder fiberglass plunking rod. it's a one piece. heres a thought. would it be feaseable to cut it in half and install a metal ferrele? it has 6 large metal rust free guides on it. i'm thinking of replacing the old guides. just how much consideration should i have about the spine on such a old glass rod?

Brewer's reel cleaning service is up and rolling. Contact me through PM for info and address.
