definely would have had to sedate and prop it up without causing neck injuries. more than likely cut away sections of fencing and support bars. anytime you're dealing with a situation like this the odds are fair that the animal may not survive due to injuries/stress prior to rescue plus the trauma experienced during recovery. hate to see this sort of thing.
