Thinking I might have a piece of local jade again I packed a rock home...err boulder. The rock turned out to be jasper instead. Heck I suck at figuring out what it is but seem to still hit the jackpot . Another good find.. This rock was in the surf and was super smooth, so smooth it didn't have the typical sea life growing on it. It was a very dark green color with some very fine white and lighter green mixed in. Hard for the amatuer eye to tell the inside of the rock until it was sliced.
